1930s Zuni sterling silver Thunderbird pin featuring finely executed multi-color inlay. The stylized bird is formed from sections of turquoise, jet, mother-of-pearl shell, and orange spiny oyster shell, with precisely cut stones defining the head, wings, body, and tail feathers. The handmade silver backing is fitted with an early-style pin clasp. Unsigned.
