Domestic Shipping

Free Shipping

For orders placed online, we offer free domestic ground shipping on jewelry, Navajo rugs, and Zuni fetishes. These items are typically shipped via UPS Ground. If a PO Box is provided as the shipping address, the order will ship via USPS.

If you have a preferred carrier, please leave a note at checkout or contact us before shipment and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Free shipping applies to online orders only. Phone and in-store orders may be subject to shipping charges.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

Free ground shipping typically arrives within 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery address.

Express Shipping

Express shipping upgrades with a carrier-guaranteed delivery window are available at checkout:

$30 – Express (1–2 Business Days)
$50 – Next Day Air (1 Business Day)

Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM EST / 11:00 AM PST for next business day delivery.

Signature Requirement

At checkout, you may choose whether a signature is required for delivery. We recommend selecting a signature requirement to ensure secure delivery.

All shipments are fully insured and trackable. However, if you select “No Signature Required,” the carrier may leave the package at your door or mailbox. In these cases, insurance coverage ends once the carrier marks the package as delivered. By waiving the signature requirement, Garland's is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If no signature preference is selected at checkout, our default policy is:

Orders under $300 – Signature not required
Orders $300 and over – Signature required

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via DHL Express. If you require a different carrier, contact us.

Our website does not collect customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Before delivery, DHL will contact you directly to collect any applicable customs duties or taxes. Your package will be delivered after those fees have been paid.

Canada: $40 USD
Rest of World: $50 USD

Fragile Art (Domestic & International)

Fragile or bulky items may require specialized packaging and may incur higher shipping costs.
