1980s Tohono O’odham Spoked Star Basket. Traditionally hand-coiled from light and reddish-brown yucca over a bundled beargrass foundation, the shallow basket features a bold star design radiating outward from its center. Contrasting bands continue around the sides, and reddish-brown wrapping accents the gently scalloped rim.
