1940s Polychrome Coiled Basket Wall Plaque

1940s coiled basket plaque with an integrated hanging loop, consistent with Tohono O’odham work. Woven over a grass foundation and wrapped with yucca, it is decorated with concentric bands and blocks in red-brown and golden tan.
The soft two-tone palette and aged patina give the plaque a warm, understated character. Condition: general age-related wear with some loose and worn stitching, particularly along the outer rim.
