Miniature Hopi Grandmother Kachina, known as Hahai'i-Wuhti, by Hopi artist Kurt Ovah. Her name is commonly translated as “Pour Water Woman,” and she is regarded as a maternal figure associated with water, nourishment, growth, and the well-being of children. Often described as the “Mother of All Katsinam,” she appears in important Hopi ceremonies, including the Powamuya Bean Dance.
