1920s Red Mesa Third Phase Chief Blanket handwoven with hand-carded, handspun, and dyed wool. The Red Mesa weaving tradition developed in the Four Corners region and became known for its bold interpretations of classic Chief Blanket designs. This historic weaving has a few small holes but remains in great overall condition for its age.
