1980s Cardinal Inlay Bolo Tie

1980s Sterling Silver Bolo Tie by Zuni artist Elaine Bobelu, featuring a colorful mosaic inlaid cardinal perched on a flowering branch. The detailed pictorial design is created with Mediterranean coral, turquoise, abalone shell, and jet, with turquoise flowers and abalone shell leaves surrounding the central bird. A geometric border of jet triangles frames the scene.

The bolo is finished with a clamp backing, a 38” braided black leather cord, and long sterling silver tips.
