Tayah Silversmith is a talented third-generation silversmith and the great-grandson of renowned Navajo silversmith Kenneth Begay, who is celebrated as one of the leading artists in modern Navajo jewelry craftsmanship and innovative design. Tayah's passion for the arts began at a young age, with his artistic talents first emerging through drawing and painting. He now channels these skills into his jewelry making. Under the guidance of techniques passed down by his mother, Navajo silversmith Debbie Silversmith, who apprenticed directly with her grandfather, Kenneth Begay, Tayah has honed his abilities to create stunning handcrafted jewelry.
