Raiden Vandervere

“I am Raiden Vandervere. I am the fifth child of my mother, Veltenia Haley and I was born November 25, 2009. I was born in Fort Defiance, Arizona but raised and living in Twin Lakes, New Mexico. I have been helping with silver work since around the age of 5 years old. The process of making bead jewelry is very enjoyable and will continue to be a part of my life. My inspiration has come from every person in my family from grandparents, auntie Victoria A, and mother Veltenia H, to siblings and how they have kept this tradition alive. I enjoy hobbies like sports including basketball and baseball along with other extra curricular activities in school like BPA and being an Ambassador for my school. For my future I would like to continue to further my education and help my family in any ways I can.
