Sterling Silver Hopi Overlay Ring Featuring an 18k Gold Hopi Pueblo Scene with a Crescent Moon. Villages are frequently portrayed on Hopi jewelry. They believe the land where they currently reside (and have resided for the last 1,00 years) was predestined to be their homeland, and the villages represent that homeland.

This ring was crafted in the 2000s by Hopi silversmith, Ricky Coochwytewa. Ricky (born 1951) is the son of master Hopi silversmith, Victor Coochwytewa. Signed with Ricky Coochwytewa’s hallmark, the Kopavi mark, and marked 18k and Sterling.

Part of the historic Kopavi Collection, this ring has never been previously owned.
