Repairs
We guarantee the craftsmanship of our art. In the unlikely event a repair is needed, we are here to help. Proof of purchase is required for all repairs, and we are unable to repair items that were not purchased directly from Garland’s.
Each repair is unique, so please contact us for instructions on how to proceed.
Within one year of the purchase date, Garland’s will cover the cost of the repair and return shipping once the item has been received. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to Garland’s. This does not apply to repairs resulting from misuse or damage caused by the customer.
After one year, or in cases where the jewelry was mistreated, repair costs will vary depending on the piece and the artist. Garland’s does not perform repairs in-house. All repairs are completed by the original artist or another qualified artist outside the business. Repair costs and timeframes are determined by the artist performing the work.
When shipping art back to Garland’s, please package items carefully, especially jewelry. Garland’s is not responsible for items damaged in transit, and any related costs are the responsibility of the customer or shipper.
