Eagle Feather Pendant
Tribe: Hopi
Sterling silver feather pendant by Hopi jeweler John Coochyumptewa, crafted early 2000s. The overlay design features a central feather form with cutout and oxidized details. Coochyumptewa, a member of the Tobacco Clan, signed his work with a stylized tobacco leaf hallmark and was affectionately known as “Eagle Boy,” a fitting connection to his frequent use of eagle and eagle feather imagery.
Part of the historic Kopavi Collection, this pendant has never been previously owned.
