Old-Style Corn Maiden Kachina

Old-Style Corn Maiden (Kachin Mana) flat doll with a carved wood form, painted in green, yellow, red, and natural wood tones. The figure features side hair buns, feather at the top, and a collar of feathers. Corn Maiden figures are associated with growth, fertility, and the nurturing of crops within Hopi tradition.

Old-style Kachinas are traditionally made for hanging, and this figure includes a loop on the back for wall display.
