Navajo Storm Pattern Weaving
Tribe: Navajo (Diné)
Item #WN02804
Navajo Storm Pattern weaving in grey, black, and white on a deep red background. Stepped grey lightning lines connect the central box to serrated corner boxes, accented by stylized feather motifs and diamond elements. In Storm Pattern weavings, the center is often associated with the Lake of Emergence, connected by lightning to the four sacred mountains of the Diné at the corners.
