This wide sterling silver cuff by renowned Hopi silversmith Victor Coochwytewa features a bold depiction of Pahlik Mana, a Butterfly Maiden Kachina associated with springtime, renewal, and the blossoming of life. Rendered in deeply carved overlay, the central figure is framed by stylized cloud and rain motifs above, with prayer feathers flanking the design below - symbols of abundance, reverence, and the cyclical balance of life.

Made in the 1980s, Coochwytewa’s precise craftsmanship is evident in the intricate texture work, strong symmetry, and powerful composition. Part of the historic Kopavi Collection, this bracelet has never been previously owned.
