1920s Crystal

Handwoven in 1925 from hand-carded and spun wool, this Navajo weaving is an excellent example of the early Crystal style. Bold terraced motifs and geometric elements are woven in natural wool colors with deep red accents, reflecting the distinctive experimental designs of the period. Preserved in excellent overall condition, this antique textile is a beautiful addition to any collection of Navajo weavings.
