Hopi Flute Player Cuff
Tribe: Hopi
Sterling silver Hopi overlay cuff bracelet by Beauford Dawahoya (1928–1998), crafted in 1989. This detailed design depicts a procession of Hopi Flute Players making their ceremonial journey toward an altar. Surrounding the figures are corn stalks and prayer feathers (pahos), which represent sustenance, blessings, and offerings to the spirit world. The design is finely executed with Dawahoya’s signature precision, featuring deeply textured backgrounds that enhance the contrast and movement of the scene.
Part of the historic Kopavi Collection, this bracelet has never been previously owned.
