Royston Turquoise Concho Belt

Navajo turquoise concho belt by Fred Guerrero, featuring sterling silver conchos set with natural Royston turquoise from Nevada on a black leather belt. The oval and rounded rectangular conchos are framed with twisted wire borders and silver bead accents, with each stone showing blue-green color and warm brown matrix characteristic of Royston turquoise. The reverse of the buckle is stamped “Fred Guerrero Sterling.”

The black leather belt shows light wear from use, while the silver has a soft patina. The second concho in has a hairline crack in the turquoise, but the stone is set securely. A classic late 20th century Navajo concho belt with bold natural Royston turquoise and wearable scale.
