The elder Mudhead (Koyemsi), representing Arthur Holmes Jr., passes corn seeds and a watermelon to the younger Mudhead (in front), symbolizing Arthur’s son Hunter Holmes, illustrating the transmission of cultural traditions and values from one generation to another.
