Sterling Silver Overlay Collar Necklace by master Hopi silversmith Victor Coochwytewa. This exceptional piece features a procession of stylized Hopi figures journeying toward a central Hopi village, symbolizing pilgrimage and homecoming. Bordering the chain are stylized Hopi rain cloud and rain symbols. Each element is executed in precise Hopi overlay, a technique for which Coochwytewa is renowned.

Crafted in the 1980s, this collar is both a narrative artwork and a wearable statement of Hopi identity, land, and community.
