Handwoven of hand-carded and hand-spun wool with a field of cream and natural browns, overlaid with bold stepped concentric diamonds and traditional striped elements in aniline red, black, and earth tones. A strong mid-century interpretation of the historic Chief Blanket aesthetic with good color and graphic presence. Shows minor, age-appropriate wear consistent with use.
