Old-Style Badger Kachina

Old-Style Badger (Honan) Kachina with a carved wood form, featuring a protruding snout and feather rosettes at the sides with upright feathers above. Painted in natural black, white, and brown tones with leather elements and turquoise accents at the wrists. Badger Kachinas are associated with healing and the digging of medicinal roots.

Old-style Kachinas are traditionally made for hanging, and this figure includes a loop on the back for wall display.
