1970s Turquoise Starblower Pendant
Tribe: Hopi
Handmade in the 1970s by Hopi master silversmith Victor Coochwytewa, this striking pendant features his iconic "Starblower" design—a stylized Hopi figure accented with stars and cosmic symbolism. Set at the center is a natural turquoise stone from the Turquoise Mountain mine with rich blue and green tones. The design highlights Victor’s signature linear and textural silverwork. The pendant hangs from a 24" handmade Hopi sterling silver chain. Signed on the reverse with Coochwytewa’s hallmark, the Kopavi mark, and stamped “Sterling.”
Part of the historic Kopavi Collection, this necklace has never been previously owned.
