Hand Coiled and Traditionally Fired Santo Domingo Olla with Hand Painted Plant Designs by Crucita Melchor (1932 - ). This olla has painted lines near the rim that represent rain and the classic Santo Domingo spirit line with an opening in the painted line. This piece is coming out of a private collection and is in good condition. Crucita Melchor is an award winning Santo Domingo potter and is the daughter of Santana Melchor.
